A pair of Valve or solenoid valve for tail lift systems can open or close hydraulic lines. They are therefore an integral part of the hydraulic circuit.
Solenoid valves on the hydraulic cylinders are also an essential safety element on the tail lift and prevent the tail lift from suddenly lowering in the event of a defect. That is why such valves are also closed when there is no current. If the power supply to the tail lift is interrupted, all valves are closed.
Mechanism of valve control for truck lift and for commercial vehicles
For trucks and for vans with a lifting platform we have a wide range of valves ready. For example, the flow control valve controls the volumetric flow independently of the load. This means that the extension speed of a cylinder, the speed of hydraulic motors and the speed of a piston always remain constant, regardless of its load.
Lowering brake valves are used to control the volume flow and thus the lowering or opening speed of the tail lift. The desired speed for the lowering process is determined by a corresponding diameter of the oil passage hole.
